I felt like a queen in this room, suited my needs perfectly, even though I had to pay extra for breakfast. The service left much to be desired with a disgraceful incident of being asked to leave for chatting. The location was ideal, right in the middle of town with a lovely bar area. The dining experience could have been better, needing hotter food options, but the artisanal bread was a nice touch.

7.0/10

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city with convenient access to everything, but the rooms were not as clean as I had hoped, and there was a noticeable smell. The service, on the other hand, was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Sadly, the dining experience left much to be desired, especially considering the extra charge, and the breakfast lacked variety. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

The location was a strong point of the hotel, with excellent access to the town's amenities and a perfect spot for exploring the area. However, the lack of air conditioning made the rooms stifling during hot weather.
Dining

7.0/10

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Sligo city center, making it perfect for exploring the pubs, restaurants, and shopping areas. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but some may find them a bit dated and lacking natural light. The service is generally pleasant, although there are occasional lapses in friendliness. The dining options offer a good variety of food but may not be to everyone's taste. Overall, a decent choice for a short stay in Sligo.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are clean and warm, providing a comfortable stay despite some being without external windows, which might not suit everyone's preference.
Service
6.0
The staff, mostly friendly, could be more attentive, with some exceptions like Yvonne. Service could be more customer-focused.
Location
8.0
The central location is convenient for exploring Sligo on foot, with easy access to dining options and shops, although it lacks air conditioning during warmer weather.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience offers a well-stocked buffet with a good range of food, but the setup with lidded containers might not be appealing to all guests.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities are decent, providing essential services but might not offer anything extraordinary.

The rooms are spacious and bright but a bit dated, and the lack of air conditioning could be uncomfortable during hot weather. The dining experience was mixed, with courteous staff but lacking any standout dishes. Overall, a good value for the price with handy facilities available.
